Hi, my name is Felix Nguyen and I am currently a senior at UMass Boston studying Information Technology with a concentration in System Administration. My coursework has provided me with solid foundations in areas like system administration, network security, database management, and scripting. I am proficient in a range of technologies, including Windows Server Management, AWS.

I have hands-on experience in IT support, systems management, and laser safety operations. I also have experience as a teaching assistant for high school students in robotics, guiding them through the engineering and design process. Additionally, I freelance as a Laser Safety Operator (LSO), ensuring the safety of laser systems for live shows.

I've worked with many different artists and venues across Boston, designing and operating laser shows. Currently, I have an FDA Laser Variance and an LSO Certification of Training from the International Laser Display Association (ILDA). Laser design is my passion and it is my dream to eventually tour the world and display my work
